CallCloud for HubSpot

A power dialer for HubSpot that logs every dial.

The honest answer is that it depends on how you dial. HubSpot has its own Enterprise-only power dialer (documented July 20, 2026), so the real question is whether native HubSpot calling covers your team, or whether you need a third-party dialer for parallel dialing, unlimited minutes, or automatic outcome logging. We build CallCloud for HubSpot teams that need up to five lines at once and every call, answered or not, written back to the contact record, but HubSpot native calling is the better fit if you make few calls and are already on Enterprise.

[ 01 ] // The short answer

Before comparing products, price the dialer, not the phone system. Aircall's Power Dialer requires its Professional plan at $50/license/month billed annually, not the $30 entry plan. JustCall puts its Power Dialer in Pro at $49/user/month billed annually, not the $29 Team plan. Then check what actually lands in HubSpot. Dialpad's own October 2026 instructions say users must select the HubSpot outcome manually, so "logs dispositions" can mean a value in a note rather than the native field your reports use. We apply both rules in the comparison below.

[ 02 ] // HubSpot calling

What HubSpot's own calling does, and where it stops.

HubSpot calling works inside the CRM. You call from the contact record and the call logs to the timeline. Account-wide call recording is on by default, but automatic transcription only applies to calls recorded by users with Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise seats (HubSpot guide updated October 9, 2026).

Three limits matter for outbound teams. First, minutes are pooled across the whole account, not per seat: 500 minutes on Starter, 3,000 on Professional, 12,000 on Enterprise (HubSpot documentation updated September 1, 2026). A small team on Starter has raised this on Reddit and in the HubSpot Community as too little capacity. Second, the native power dialer is Enterprise-only and its documented workflow is sequential: one call, a wrap-up timer, then the next queued call. HubSpot's documentation does not establish a parallel mode or a simultaneous-line count. Third, expanding the minute pool requires Professional or Enterprise, or connecting your own Twilio account (Professional and Enterprise only, Twilio Connect guide updated September 15, 2026).

That setup works for teams making a modest number of calls from within the CRM. It stops working when reps dial hundreds of numbers a day or need multiple lines.

[ 03 ] // What syncs

What comes in, what goes back.

CallCloud connects to HubSpot natively with one-click OAuth. HubSpot lists come into CallCloud with the contact fields you pick, and every call goes back to the contact.

[ 04 ] // Set up

Three steps to your first call.

  1. 01

Sign up for CallCloud with the free trial (no card needed) and open Settings.

  2. 02

Click the HubSpot integration and authorize with one-click OAuth. Pick the contact fields you want on your dialing lists.

  3. 03

Choose a HubSpot list, pick Power Dialer (one line) or Parallel Dialer (up to five lines), and start dialing. Everything logs back automatically, including calls nobody answered.

There is no seat minimum, no annual contract, and one seat is fine. You can move between one line and five lines with one click in Settings, prorated.

A few honest notes. Kixie and Orum are strong, mature products; their line counts and prices are not verifiable from their public pages today, and Kixie's own sources conflict on lines. Trellus is the closest published-price match to CallCloud's parallel plan, and its one-seat minimum and $149.99 Power + Parallel price make it a reasonable alternative if you want that exact configuration. JustCall is the better pick if you also want a full business phone system with SMS, which CallCloud does not offer. And if your team makes a small number of calls per day and is already on HubSpot Enterprise, HubSpot's native sequential dialer costs you nothing extra.

[ 06 ] // Call quality

Pickups your reps can use.

A power dialer is useless if nobody picks up. CallCloud's answered line joins the rep in a median 22 ms (99% within 50 ms, measured on live calls October 8, 2026), because the rep sits on a live audio bridge for the whole session with no answering-machine listening window before being let in. The other lines keep ringing until the rep presses Connect, then go back into the queue. 98.7% of connected conversations run past six seconds.

On spam, under 2% of CallCloud outbound numbers were flagged in the 90 days to September 4, 2026. CallCloud rotates caller ID across a pool of local numbers, caps each number at 75 dials a day by default, rests numbers whose answer rate drops, and pulls any number that gets a spam label. Our team registers customers' numbers with Hiya, First Orion and TNS and files disputes when needed. Hot and cold numbers are learned from your own call history; we do not buy data and nobody pre-calls your prospects.

CallCloud does not do predictive dialing for large contact centers, IVR or inbound call-center routing, a built-in contact database, SMS campaigns, or a full business phone system. If you need those, JustCall or Aircall is the better fit.

[ 07 ] // FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is the best power dialer for HubSpot?+

It depends on how you dial. HubSpot's own power dialer (Enterprise only, documented July 20, 2026) is sequential and meters calls from a pooled account minute allowance, so it suits low-volume teams already on Enterprise. For high-volume outbound, CallCloud offers up to five parallel lines, unlimited US and Canada calling, and automatic logging of every call, including unanswered ones, to the HubSpot contact with an outcome, notes, a recording link and an AI summary, from $60 per seat per month for the one-line Power Dialer or $125 for the five-line Parallel Dialer. Trellus is the closest published-price alternative if you want parallel dialing at $149.99 per month with a five-line maximum.

Does HubSpot have a built-in power dialer?+

Yes. HubSpot documents a sales power dialer (guide updated July 20, 2026) that is available on Enterprise only, and its workflow is sequential: one call, a wrap-up timer, then the next queued call. HubSpot's documentation does not establish a parallel mode or a simultaneous-line count. Calling minutes are pooled across the account (500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional, 12,000 on Enterprise), so high-volume teams often add a third-party dialer for parallel lines and unmetered calling.

Does CallCloud log calls to HubSpot automatically?+

Yes. Every call goes back to the HubSpot contact with the outcome, notes, a recording link and an AI summary, with no manual logging. This happens on one-click OAuth through CallCloud's native HubSpot integration. CallCloud's HubSpot app is not yet listed in the HubSpot App Marketplace, so customers connect it from CallCloud Settings.

Can I parallel dial HubSpot lists?+

Yes, with CallCloud. HubSpot lists come into CallCloud with the contact fields you pick, and the Parallel Dialer calls up to five prospects at once in the browser, connecting the rep to whoever answers with a median 22 ms bridge. The Power Dialer ($60 per seat per month) switches to five lines with one click in Settings, prorated. HubSpot's own Enterprise power dialer does not document a parallel mode, and among third-party options Orum and Trellus also advertise up to five parallel lines.

Do unanswered calls log to HubSpot too?+

Yes. CallCloud logs every dial back to HubSpot, including no answers, busies, voicemails and bad numbers, so your lists and reports stay accurate without manual cleanup. Answered calls also get the outcome, notes, a recording link and an AI summary written to the contact. This is one of the practical differences from HubSpot's native calling, where reps log outcomes themselves during the wrap-up period.
