[ 00 ] // Custom builds for agencies and sales teams
If it touches the dialer, we'll build it.
How leads get in, who they route to, what happens on the live call, where the data goes after, even our dialer inside your own product. Tell us what your team can't find anywhere else and we build it, usually within a day or two.

[ 01 ] // Up close
Our dialer, inside their product.
A sales software company wanted parallel dialing inside its own app, under its own design, with its own data model. We built to their spec instead of handing them ours. Name left out, times as they happened.
What we built for them
- An embedded softphone their app drives with simple messages
- Reps signed in by token, so they never log in to CallCloud
- Phone numbers bought and assigned by API
- Every call event signed and sent to their servers, in their format
- Recordings with the rep and the prospect on separate channels
- Transcripts and AI summaries delivered by webhook
- Pooled team dialing: one queue, many reps, routed by longest idle, round robin or priority
The clock
Day 1
Their integration spec arrived. We adopted their message names and their webhook shapes as the contract.
Day 2
Live: the embedded softphone, token sign-in, numbers by API and signed call events.
Day 7
They asked for transcripts and AI summaries over webhook. Shipped the same day.
10:13 pm
They asked for pooled team dialing with routing rules.
9:22 am
Pooled team dialing live the next morning.
Times Eastern.
[ 02 ] // More custom builds
Asked for by a team. Built for them.
Names left out, the asks in our words.
Growth team
Warm website leads, called first.
The ask
When someone fills out a form on our site, can the dialer call them before anyone else on the list?
What we built
A hot-lead API. Their site pushes the form fill to CallCloud, one free rep's ringing lines are cut (never a live call) and the lead is dialed on its own line with a Hot lead card on screen. Nobody dialing? It jumps to the front of the queue and the admin gets a heads-up.
Insurance agency
Two reps, one list.
The ask
Can two of us dial the same campaign at once and split whoever answers?
What we built
Team dialing. Reps share one campaign and one pool of lines, answers go round robin to whoever is free, and dialing only stops once every rep is on a call. Since switched on for a second insurance agency.
Energy sales team
Verification, mid-call.
The ask
We close on the phone with a third-party verification line. Can we add it to the live call?
What we built
Add caller. The rep conferences the verification line into the live call and sends it keypad tones, without leaving the dialer.
[ 03 ] // Anything around the dialer
The dialer is the core. We build around it.
Everything that happens before, during and after a call is fair game. Each of these areas already has real builds behind it.
The core
CallCloud Parallel Dialer
Five lines at once, the rep on the line a median 22 milliseconds after the answer.
Inside your product
Put our parallel dialer in your own app, under your design, with your users signed in by token.
Leads in
Push warm leads from your website or forms straight to a free rep with the hot-lead API.
Data out
Every call, recording, transcript and AI summary by API, and call events pushed to your servers when you embed us.
Team routing
Two reps on one list, pooled queues, round robin, longest idle or priority. Answers go where you want them.
On the live call
Add a verification line or a third party to the call and send keypad tones without leaving the dialer.
Your CRM and tools
Eleven native integrations today. Close went native, Salesforge got a dial button, GoHighLevel connects per sub-account.
Numbers and caller ID
Groups of local numbers per campaign or per client, rules for when to switch caller ID, and Shield on every number.
Goals and reporting
Dialing time and daily meeting goals per rep, or pull everything into your own client reports through the API.

[ 04 ] // Already built for agencies
Dialing for clients? Start here.
The things agencies ask for most are already in the product, before you ask for anything custom.
A caller ID per client
Group each client's local numbers and pin a campaign to its group, so every client's calls go out from that client's numbers.
GoHighLevel, per sub-account
Connect each client's sub-account. Calls log to the contact with disposition, outcome and duration, and contacts sync in by tag.
Dial inside Salesforge
A Parallel dial button on every Salesforge sequence, with every call written back to the contact.
Seats that follow your clients
Month to month with no seat minimum, so your seat count can follow your client list.
Every client's numbers kept clean
CallCloud Shield registers and watches every number, and our team files the disputes.
Your own client reports
Pull every call, recording, summary and outcome into your own reporting with the CallCloud API.
[ 05 ] // How it works
From your ask to your dialer, fast.
01
Tell us what you can't find
Text the founder or book a call. Walk us through the workflow, the tools you use and what every other vendor told you.
02
We scope it with you
Usually in the same conversation. If something we already have does the job, we show you. If it isn't a fit, we say so.
03
We build and ship it
Some builds stay switched on just for your team. The ones every team needs go into every account.
The one rule
Nothing we build is allowed to slow down the answer. Your rep is on the line a median 22 milliseconds after a prospect picks up, and every custom build has to keep it that way.
[ 06 ] // FAQ
Questions, answered.
What can you build around the dialer?+
Almost anything that touches a call: how leads get in, who they route to, what happens on the live call, where the data goes afterwards, and where the dialer itself lives, including inside your own product. The map on this page shows what we have already built in each area.
How fast do you build?+
It depends on the ask. Hot leads by API and team dialing shipped the same day they were asked for, and pooled team dialing went from a 10:13 pm request to live by 9:22 the next morning. Bigger projects, like putting our dialer inside another company's product, ship in stages: the first version went live the day after their spec, and new pieces keep landing.
Does what you build for us go to everyone?+
Not unless it should. Some builds stay switched on for your team only, like team dialing for the insurance agency above. When something helps every team, like the hot-lead API, it goes into every account.
Can you put CallCloud inside our own product?+
Yes. We built exactly that for a sales software company: our parallel dialer inside their app, with their design, their data, reps signed in by token, and every call event sent to their servers. Tell us how your product works and we will scope it with you.
Who builds it?+
Our own team, led by the founder. You talk to the person who ships it, not a ticket queue.
Is this only for big teams?+
No. The teams on this page range from a two-rep insurance agency to a software company building our dialer into its own product.
What won't you build?+
Anything that slows down the answer. Zero lag is why teams pick us, so nothing we add is allowed to put dead air back on a call. We also won't ship something that breaks what other teams rely on. If your ask runs into either, we tell you plainly.
[ 07 ] // Your turn
Tell us what you need. We'll build it around the dialer.
One text gets it started. You talk to the founder, and the person you talk to is the one who ships it.
