[ 00 ] // CallCloud Web Dialer - The bill

The most affordable parallel dialer. $125 is the whole bill.

Unlimited dialing on five lines, a local number included, month to month. Nothing metered, nothing to add on, nothing to sign. Cheaper stickers exist. None of them stays cheaper once you dial like a parallel dialer, and none of them is the whole bill. Every price on this page was read on the vendor's own pricing page on September 8, 2026.

[ 01 ] // Most affordable, defined

Most affordable means the whole bill, not the sticker.

A parallel dialer's price only means something per dial, and the bill for dials has five parts: the seat, the add-on that turns it into a parallel dialer, the phone number, the minutes, and the commitment. Most vendors show you one of the five. We compare all five, on the terms a rep actually buys: one seat, five lines, unlimited dialing, month to month.

The whole bill

The seat, plus the add-on that makes it a parallel dialer, plus the phone number, plus the minutes, plus setup. Ours is one line.

Unlimited

No minute cap, no conversation quota, no fair-use ceiling, and no overage rate to discover at the end of the month.

Five lines

Dials scale with lines, so we compare five-line seats. Where a cheaper tier has three lines, we say so.

No contract

Month to month, one seat, cancel anytime. A price you can only get by signing a year is a different price.

On those terms, $125 is the lowest price of any parallel dialer with a public price. On sticker price alone you are comparing the part of the bill the vendor chose to show you.

[ 02 ] // The sticker and the bill

Cheaper stickers, bigger bills.

The four dialers most often called cheaper than CallCloud, and what each sticker leaves out.

CloudTalk

Sticker: $39 parallel add-on

What it leaves out

  • A seat to attach it to, $34 a month on Starter, and a US number, $6.
  • The pricing page prices the add-on on annual billing.
  • Unlimited US and Canada calling stops at a fair-use ceiling: 5,000 minutes a month with the add-on by CloudTalk's own FAQ, 10,000 by the policy page. Above it, minutes bill at a rate CloudTalk does not publish.
  • The policy says it targets sustained auto-dialing and telemarketing-scale volume. A parallel dialer is sustained auto-dialing.

The bill

$79 a month until the ceiling, then a rate you cannot look up.

Klenty

Sticker: $45 parallel add-on

What it leaves out

  • A $70 to $99 seat with 200 minutes included, plus $1.15 for a number.
  • Billed quarterly or annually. There is no monthly option on any Klenty pricing page.
  • The meter starts when a call answers or reaches voicemail, and every call rounds up to the next minute. Overage is 2.1 cents a minute.
  • Klenty's standalone dialer includes the parallel dialer at $80 a month on an annual plan, $100 quarterly, with 2,000 minutes. Unlimited is $140 to $170.

The bill

$131 plus minutes on the platform route. $100 plus overage on the dialer route. $170 for unlimited.

Skipcall

Sticker: €75 a month

What it leaves out

  • A quota of 400 conversations a month. A conversation is any live call longer than ten seconds.
  • The next tier is €150 for 1,000 conversations. Unlimited is €280, about $325.
  • Four lines, not five. Billed in euros before VAT.

The bill

€75 for a rep with fewer than 20 conversations a day. €280 for everyone else.

DialSheet

Sticker: $29 a month

What it leaves out

  • A phone line: $49 a month for 1,500 minutes, or bring your own Twilio account and pay per minute and per number.
  • The parallel dialer needs the Pro seat, and every answered leg is metered.

The bill

$78 with a 1,500-minute cap, then per minute.

[ 03 ] // Per dial

Cheaper until you dial.

Metered plans are cheaper for a rep who does not dial much. That is the point of metering. Here is the daily dial count at which each plan's whole bill passes $125, using the answer and conversation rates measured on our own fleet. A rep on five lines makes 300 dials in roughly an hour.

3 cents

per dial at a typical pace

A typical rep day on CallCloud is about 210 dials, roughly 4,400 a month on one $125 seat.

0.3 cents

per dial for the heaviest reps

Reps run up to 2,000 dials a day on a single seat. At that pace every metered plan on this page bills three to four times our price, if it lets you run it at all.

$0

above any volume

There is no ceiling to hit. The four thousandth dial of the day costs what the first one did: nothing.

Model: 21 dialing days a month. 47% of dials answered by a person or a machine, each billed as at least one minute. 26% become a live conversation over ten seconds. Fleet rates from the 90 days ending September 4, 2026; rep volumes from the 30 days ending September 6, 2026.

Four questions for any pricing page.

Run these on us and on anyone. A vendor whose sticker is the whole bill will answer all four in one sentence.

01

Read the whole bill

Open the pricing page and add the seat, the add-on, a number, minutes at your volume, setup, and the commitment. Ours is one line, $125.

02

Divide by dials

Take the bill and divide by the dials a rep makes in a month on five lines. Ours is about three cents at a typical pace and a third of a cent at a heavy one.

03

Ask for the ceiling

Ask what happens at 5,000 minutes, at 1,000 conversations, at the fair-use line, and what the overage rate is. Ours: nothing happens, and there is no rate.

04

Ask for one seat, one month

Can a single rep buy a single seat, month to month, at the advertised price? Ours: yes, with a three-day free trial first.

[ 07 ] // FAQ

Questions, answered.

CloudTalk's parallel add-on is $39. How is $125 more affordable?+

Because $39 is not a bill. The add-on needs a seat, $34 a month on Starter, and a US number, $6, and the pricing page prices the add-on on annual billing. Then the unlimited calling runs into a fair-use ceiling, 5,000 minutes a month with the add-on by CloudTalk's own FAQ, and the policy that enforces it names sustained auto-dialing as its target. A rep who dials for an hour a day will bill less at CloudTalk than at CallCloud. A rep who dials like a parallel dialer will not, and CloudTalk does not publish the rate that rep will be billed at.

Klenty's dialer starts at $80.+

On an annual plan. Quarterly it is $100, and there is no monthly option. The seat includes 2,000 minutes, and the meter starts the moment a call answers or reaches voicemail, rounded up to the next minute, so a five-line dialer at a typical pace uses the allowance in about three weeks. Unlimited US calling at Klenty is $140 a month billed annually or $170 quarterly.

Skipcall is €75.+

For 400 conversations a month, counting any live call over ten seconds. A rep on four lines passes that at about 75 dials a day. The 1,000-conversation tier is €150 and unlimited is €280, about $325, before VAT.

BatchDialer is $119 and Enzo is $120. Are those not cheaper?+

BatchDialer's $119 tier is three lines per agent; its five-line tier is $189 a month. Enzo's $120 tier is five lines plus a $250 setup fee unless you sign a year, so month to month its whole bill stays above ours for four years. Both are built for real-estate lists, with property data and skip-tracing integrations, and both are on the table above because they dial in parallel and publish a price.

Is unlimited really unlimited?+

Yes. Unlimited calls and minutes to the US and Canada, five lines per rep, no fair-use policy, no overage. International calling is switched on per workspace; ask us.

Are phone numbers included?+

One local number per seat is included, in the area code you pick at signup. Additional numbers are $2 a month each, and you can rotate across as many as you own.

Is there a contract or a seat minimum?+

No. One seat, month to month, cancel anytime. Every new account starts with a three-day free trial, and you are not charged if you cancel before it ends.

Where do the competitor prices come from?+

Each vendor's public pricing page, read on September 8, 2026, with euros converted at 1.16 to the dollar. We re-read them before we update this page. If a price here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
