[ 01 ] // Lowest price, nothing metered
$125 a seat. That is the whole invoice.
Unlimited calls, unlimited minutes, unlimited AI notes and research briefs, month to month, no seat minimum, no hardware, no annual contract. The category norm is a demo call to learn the price, a minimum seat count to get started, and metering on top. Here is what a flat seat works out to at the volumes our reps actually run.
3 cents
per dial at a typical pace
A typical rep day on CallCloud is about 210 dials. Over a working month that is roughly 4,400 dials on one $125 seat.
0.3 cents
per dial for the heaviest reps
Reps run up to 2,000 dials a day on a single seat. Per-minute pricing does not survive that volume. A flat seat does.
$0
for minutes, AI notes, or briefs
Nothing on the seat is metered. The price on the pricing page is the price on the invoice.
Rep volumes from the 30 days ending September 6, 2026. A working month counted as 21 days.
See pricing[ 02 ] // Fewest early hang-ups, cleanest numbers
When nobody waits, nobody hangs up.
The prospect who answers a CallCloud call hears a human on the first syllable, so they stay on. That is measurable, and short calls are exactly what carrier analytics use to label a number, so it compounds into cleaner caller IDs. Measured across tens of thousands of dials on our own fleet in the 90 days ending September 4, 2026.
2.6%
early hang-ups
Pickups that reached a rep where the other side hung up inside six seconds. That includes voicemail systems that disconnected, so the human rate is lower still.
98.7%
conversations past six seconds
Connected calls, with a median talk time of about 30 seconds. People who reach a CallCloud rep behave the way people do on a normal call.

Fewer early hang-ups this week means more pickups next week. The full method is on the spam rating page.
[ 03 ] // Zero lag on pickup
The reason behind the numbers: no pause on pickup.
Every other parallel dialer does two things after a prospect answers: it decides whether the answer is a human, then it bridges the rep in. The gap between those two steps is the pause your prospect hears. The only published latency figures in the category are nonzero, and vendors' own guidance tells reps to expect a brief delay.
CallCloud does not have those two steps. You are on a live audio bridge before any call goes out, and nothing analyzes the call before you hear it. The moment a prospect says hello, you are already talking. That is the lowest lag on pickup of any parallel dialer, and it is zero because there is no bridge to wait for.
Typical parallel dialer
"Hello? ... Hello?"
One vendor's infrastructure partner measured a 250 ms median and 900 ms at the 90th percentile. Another's own guidance says reps may hear a beep and a brief delay.
CallCloud
"Hey, Dana - this is Alex..."
No detection window, no bridging step. The rep's audio is in the call from the first syllable.

[ 06 ] // The test
Hold us to it. Hold anyone to it.
Best is our judgment. These four checks are how you verify it on your list, your numbers, and your network, with us or with anyone else. We will put our numbers next to any vendor's.
01
Read the invoice
Add up the seat, the minutes, the AI features, and the minimum commitment. Then divide by the dials your reps actually make. Ours is one line, $125, no minimum.
02
Count early hang-ups
Of every pickup routed to a rep, how many did the other side end within six seconds? That number tracks the pickup pause directly. Ours is 2.6%.
03
Sweep the numbers at 30 days
Run every caller ID the dialer used through a spam-reputation database, or call handsets on the major carriers and read the screen. Under 2% of ours carry a flag.
04
Time the pickup
Record the carrier's answer event, the moment the rep is joined, and the moment both parties can hear complete words. Ask for p50 and p90. A dialer that bridges after detection cannot make the first two the same event. Ours are.
[ 07 ] // FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is 'best' a measured claim?+
Best is our judgment. The facts under it are measured: price per dial, early hang-ups, conversation length, spam flags, and lag on pickup. We define what we mean by best on this page and give you the test, so you can hold us to it or hold anyone else to it.
How can it be cheaper and better?+
Because the expensive parts of a parallel dialer are minutes and detection, and we designed both out. The rep sits on one live bridge, so there is no post-pickup bridging to pay for, and nothing analyzes audio before you hear it. A flat seat with nothing metered is the honest price of that architecture.
Is zero lag a lab result?+
It is our design goal and our product promise, not an independent lab test. The only published latency numbers in the category are nonzero, and vendors' own guidance describes a brief delay on pickup. Ours is zero because the bridging step that creates the delay does not exist in our call flow.
What if my team is on Salesloft, Outreach, or HubSpot already?+
The Chrome extension adds power dialing inside those platforms at $60 a seat. Many teams run both: the extension for platform-native cadences and the Web Dialer for dedicated outbound blocks.
How do I try it?+
Sign up in your browser and dial. No demo call, no hardware, no annual contract. Most new accounts place their first call the same day.
