Is there a CallCloud app for iPhone?+
Yes. CallCloud Dialer is on the App Store. It is a free download and signs in to your CallCloud account, so you dial the same campaigns your team runs on the web.
Does the iPhone app cost extra?+
No. The app is free, and dialing from it is part of your CallCloud seat, the same as dialing from the browser. There is nothing to buy in the app.
Can I sign up in the app?+
No. Accounts are set up on the web at dialer.callcloud.app. Start a free trial there, then sign in on your iPhone with the same email and password, or with Google.
Does it keep dialing with the screen locked?+
Yes. The app runs your dialing session as one phone call, so iOS keeps it going with the screen locked or the phone in your pocket. Whoever picks up shows on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, and if your line drops on a network change, it reconnects and keeps dialing by itself.
What do the AirPods presses do?+
Press once to pause or resume while dialing, connect when someone picks up, mute on a call, or keep dialing after one. Press twice to stop dialing, leave your voicemail and move on, or hang up and keep the session going. The lock screen's mute and end buttons do the same.
Do calls from the app log to my CRM?+
Yes. The outcome, the note and any callback you set land on the prospect's record and in your connected CRM, the same as calls from the web dialer.
Does it work with the Power Dialer and the Parallel Dialer?+
Yes. The app dials your team's campaigns at the lines they are set to: one at a time on the Power Dialer, up to five at once on the Parallel Dialer. A few campaign types still dial from the web only, and the app tells you when one does.
Is there an Android or iPad app?+
Not today. The app is for iPhone. On a computer, dial from your browser at dialer.callcloud.app.
