Attribution window
A team is yours if it signs up within 90 days of clicking your link and claims within 14 days of signing up.
One attribution per team
An affiliate claim and a customer referral exclude each other. First valid claim wins.
No self-referrals
Your own workspace, anyone on your business domain, and anyone on your card do not count, on either program.
Refunds and holds
Commission is net of tax and sits 30 days so refunds settle. A refunded invoice earns nothing. Payouts need a connected Stripe account.

How do I become an affiliate?+
The affiliate program is invite-only. Email richard@callcloud.app or text the founder from any page with where your audience is. If it fits, you get a link, a partner dashboard, and a free one-seat CallCloud login so you can show the product.
How and when do affiliates get paid?+
25% of every invoice a referred team pays, for 12 months from their first payment, net of tax. Each invoice sits in a 30-day hold so refunds settle, then it is paid out automatically through Stripe once you are owed $25 or more. Connect your Stripe account from the partner dashboard.

Can I use both programs?+
One attribution per referred team. A team that arrives through an affiliate link cannot also be claimed as a customer referral, and the other way round. Self-referrals and teams on the same business domain do not count.
