Text messaging terms.
These terms cover text messages sent through CallCloud's Text the founder chat.
The program
CallCloud's website has a Text the founder chat. Messages sent in that chat are relayed by text message to CallCloud's founder, Richard, and his text replies are shown back in the website chat. The program name is CallCloud Text the Founder.
Who gets texts
Texts from CallCloud's chat relay number go only to the founder's own mobile phone. Website visitors are never sent texts from the relay number. If you give us your phone number in the chat, Richard may text you back personally to answer your question.
How to sign up
Only CallCloud's founder is signed up for these texts. He signs up by texting START to +1 (732) 217-4691 and can stop them at any time by texting STOP. Texts to that number from anyone else are ignored.
How often
Message frequency varies. The relay sends a text only when a website visitor sends a chat message.

Message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@callcloud.app.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number stays with us
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
