[ 00 ] // CallCloud Shield

Keep your numbers off Spam Likely.

CallCloud Shield registers every number you dial from with the three companies behind the spam labels on AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, files the dispute when one gets flagged, and pulls a struggling number out of rotation before it costs you conversations.

Our team does the paperwork. The dialer does the watching.

[ 01 ] // Who puts the label on

Three companies decide what your prospect sees.

Carriers do not label calls by hand. AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon each lean on a call-analytics company that scores every number on how it behaves: how many calls it places, how many get answered, how long they last, and how many draw complaints. Those scores become the words on your prospect's screen.

Registration tells all three who you are. Behavior decides the label. Shield works on both.

[ 02 ] // What our team does for you

The paperwork, done for you.

Registering numbers and fighting flags means three separate services, three separate forms and a lot of waiting. Our team handles it in your business's name.

01

Set it up once

Confirm your business details in Settings: your legal name, what your calls are about, and who the services can contact. It takes a couple of minutes.

02

We register every number

Our team files each of your US numbers with Hiya, First Orion and TNS in your business's name, and every number you add after that. Nothing to file on your side.

03

We dispute the flags

When one of your numbers picks up a spam label, we file the dispute with the company behind it, with your business details attached.

Registration tells the services who you are. It is not a whitelist, so Shield pairs it with the checks below.

[ 03 ] // What runs on its own

Checked every 15 minutes, while you dial.

The dialer watches every number on a schedule and acts without waiting for anyone to notice.

Daily spam check

Every number is looked up in a third-party spam database once a day. A labeled number comes out of rotation and rests.

Carrier refusals

When carriers decline one in ten of a number's calls, it is flagged, and any campaign using it moves to a healthy number.

Answer-rate watch

A number whose answer rate collapses over the past week rests for 14 days, then returns to the pool on its own.

Dead-line pull

If a number's own carrier stops connecting its calls, it is pulled from dialing automatically, so your list does not ring into nothing.

Caps and rotation

Calls spread across a pool of local numbers, 75 per number per day by default, under a hard ceiling of 500 a day and 2,000 a week that no setting can lift.

Clean from the start

Every new number is checked against the spam database before we buy it, so a number carrying someone else's label is skipped before it reaches you.

[ 04 ] // The root cause

Labels are made of short calls. We removed them.

Many dialers pause on pickup while software decides who answered, and prospects hang up on the silence. Those short calls are what get numbers labeled. CallCloud puts the rep on the line a median 22 milliseconds after the answer, so the short calls never pile up.

Under 2%

of our numbers carry a spam flag

Active CallCloud numbers flagged in a third-party spam-reputation sweep of the whole fleet.

2.6%

early hang-ups

Pickups that reached a rep where the other side hung up inside six seconds.

98.7%

of conversations run past six seconds

Connected calls, with a median talk time of 30 seconds.

Outbound dials across CallCloud workspaces, 90 days ending September 4, 2026.

[ 05 ] // Included

Not an add-on. Part of every number.

Some dialers sell number reputation as a separate service. Shield comes with every CallCloud number, from the first one you dial to the last one you add.

  • Every number on the Parallel Dialer
  • Every number on the Power Dialer
  • Every number you add later, filed for you
  • Businesses outside the US (registration covers your US numbers)
  • Chrome Extension calls, which use your Salesloft, Outreach or HubSpot dialer's own numbers

[ 06 ] // FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is CallCloud Shield?+

Shield is how CallCloud keeps your numbers off spam labels. Our team registers your numbers with Hiya, First Orion and TNS and files the dispute when one gets flagged, and the dialer checks every number every 15 minutes while you dial, resting or pulling any number that shows trouble.

Does registration stop every spam label?+

No, and nobody can promise that. Registration tells Hiya, First Orion and TNS who you are, and each vets it on its own. Labels still follow calling behavior, which is why Shield pairs registration with monitoring, and why zero lag on pickup matters as much as the paperwork.

How long does registration take?+

Hiya says business verification can take up to 24 hours and number vetting usually under a day, and it can take several more days to reach every network. First Orion and TNS set their own pace. Your numbers dial normally the whole time.

What happens when one of my numbers gets flagged?+

It comes out of rotation, any campaign using it moves to a healthy number, and you see the flag in Settings. We file the dispute with the company behind the label. A number rested for its answer rate or a spam-database label returns on its own after 14 days. A number carriers keep refusing stays flagged until you reactivate or replace it.

Why not just use the Free Caller Registry?+

The Free Caller Registry only accepts a registration from the business itself, not from a provider filing for a customer. So we file with Hiya, First Orion and TNS directly, in your business's name. You are welcome to register there yourself too.

Do you swap in fresh numbers to dodge labels?+

No. Hiya scores a business across all of its numbers, so churning through new ones does not start you clean, and frequent rotation can look suspicious on its own. Shield rests, disputes and returns numbers instead. You can still replace a number yourself when you need to.

Does Shield cost extra?+

No. Shield is included with every number on the Parallel Dialer and the Power Dialer, including every number you add later.

Does it cover the Chrome Extension?+

No. The extension dials through the numbers your Salesloft, Outreach or HubSpot dialer already uses, so their reputation sits with that provider. Shield covers the numbers CallCloud provides.

My business is outside the US. Can I use it?+

Yes. The registrations cover your US numbers, since Hiya, First Orion and TNS label calls on US networks, and your business can be anywhere. The automatic monitoring covers every number you dial from.
