CallCloud for Salesforge

Salesforge sends the emails. CallCloud makes the calls.

Salesforge has no phone step. CallCloud adds one: a Parallel dial button on every sequence that docks the CallCloud dialer beside Salesforge, dials five leads at once, lights up the rows as they ring and answer, and writes every call back to the contact.

The phone step Salesforge never had.

Salesforge is built for email and LinkedIn at volume. Its API has no phone field, no call task, and no activity log, so a dialer cannot bolt on the usual way. CallCloud works inside the Salesforge tab instead: it reads the sequence, dials from its own network, and writes results back as the things Salesforge does have, custom variables and tags.

A real parallel dialer

The same CallCloud dialer, docked beside Salesforge: five lines, 22 milliseconds from answer to rep, auto voicemail detection, clean numbers.

Salesforge stays Salesforge

Nothing in their UI moves. The page scales to fit beside the drawer, the rows get live badges, and the contact panel opens on Connect.

Results where Salesforge can use them

Call result, date, count, and notes land as custom variables you can filter and branch on. Outcomes become tags. Meetings end the sequence.

Import

Open a sequence. Press Parallel dial.

The button sits in the sequence header next to Reporting. It pulls the leads that have a phone, skips unsubscribed and do-not-call, and builds a CallCloud campaign named after the sequence. Dial it again later and it reuses the same campaign.

  • Phone, mobile, cell, and direct custom variables
  • Unsubscribed and do-not-call skipped
  • Up to 500 leads per import

Five lines, in the same tab.

The drawer docks on the right and Salesforge scales to fit. You see your sequence rows and the dialer at once. Rows show Ringing and Live as the lines move, and when you press Connect the contact opens in Salesforge beside you.

Write back

Every call lands on the contact.

Four custom variables and an outcome tag on every call, including no-answers, so you can filter, report, and branch on them in Salesforge. A booked meeting or a do-not-call removes the lead from the sequence so the emails stop.

  • last_call_result, last_call_date, call_count, last_call_notes
  • Tags like Call: Connected and Call: Meeting booked
  • Meeting or DNC removes the lead from the sequence

Questions, answered.

What does CallCloud add to Salesforge?+

Phones. Salesforge runs email and LinkedIn, and its API has no phone step, call task, or activity log. CallCloud puts a Parallel dial button on every multichannel sequence. Click it and the CallCloud dialer docks beside Salesforge, pulls that sequence's leads, and dials up to five at once while you watch the rows light up.

Where do the phone numbers come from?+

From the lead's phone custom variable, plus mobile, cell, and direct if you use those. Unsubscribed and do-not-call leads are skipped. Up to 500 leads come in per import, and re-dialing a sequence reuses the same CallCloud campaign.

What gets written back to Salesforge?+

After every call, the contact gets four custom variables: last_call_result, last_call_date, call_count, and last_call_notes, plus a tag for the outcome such as Call: Connected or Call: Meeting booked. A booked meeting or a do-not-call removes the lead from the sequence so no further emails go out. No-answers are written too.

Does it change Salesforge itself?+

No. The drawer docks to the right and Salesforge scales to fit beside it, so both stay visible. Rows in the sequence show ringing, pickup, and live badges while you dial, and the contact panel opens in Salesforge the moment you press Connect.

How do I set it up?+

Install the CallCloud Chrome extension, paste your Salesforge API key into CallCloud under Settings, Salesforge, and open any multichannel sequence in app.salesforge.ai. The setup guide walks through it in four screens.

What does it cost?+

It is the CallCloud Parallel Dialer, so it is the Parallel Dialer plan, $125 a seat per month, month to month, with unlimited US and Canada calling and nothing metered. The extension and the Salesforge connection are included.
