Alternatives
The best Nooks alternatives in 2026
What Nooks sells, what it costs, what reviewers say, and the alternatives worth a look, including when Nooks is still the right call.
The best Nooks alternative depends on what you are switching for, but for teams leaving Nooks we recommend our own CallCloud Parallel Dialer. Nooks itself is a strong product with a 4.8/5 rating on G2 (1,715 reviews, October 2026 snapshot), adaptive line counts and a genuinely good virtual salesfloor, so read this page as a buyer's guide, not a hit piece.
The short answer
If your reason for leaving Nooks is commitment, seat minimums or the cost of a quote-only workspace, the CallCloud Parallel Dialer at callcloud.app/web-dialer is the most direct replacement. Five reasons, stated once:
- Speed to connect. You sit on a live audio bridge for the whole session, so the answered line joins you in a median 22 ms, with 99% within 50 ms (measured on live calls, October 8, 2026, details at callcloud.app/zero-lag). There is no answering-machine listening window before you are let in. Nooks describes answering-machine predictions every 100 milliseconds and most classifications resolved in under one second (its engineering article, November 10, 2025), but it does not publish a median or percentile end-to-end pickup-to-rep figure, so the two numbers are not directly comparable. What we can say is that 98.7% of our connected conversations run past six seconds, and early hang-ups are 2.6% of pickups.
- No commitment. Month to month, no annual contract, no seat minimum. One seat is fine.
- Price in the open. $125 per seat per month, unlimited US and Canada calling, a local number included, nothing metered. Nooks is quote-only.
- Number health. Under 2% of our outbound numbers are flagged as spam (third-party reputation sweep of the whole fleet, 90 days to September 4, 2026), with caller ID rotation, daily caps, carrier registration with Hiya, First Orion and TNS, and automatic pulling of flagged numbers.
- Hot and cold numbers learned from your own calls, not bought data: a number that picked up before converts to a conversation on the next dial at 27%, versus 6.6% for a number never reached.
Where Nooks is the better fit: if you want an all-in-one outbound workspace with AI coaching, roleplay bots, AI Sequencing (announced February 24, 2026) and an AI Prospector (March 4, 2025) under one roof, Nooks has a broader product than we do. We are a calling platform. We do not do predictive dialing for large contact centers, IVR routing, a contact database, SMS campaigns or a full business phone system.
What is Nooks, and what does it cost?
Nooks is an outbound sales workspace, not just a dialer. Its published product families are AI Dialer, AI Sequencing, Signals and Intelligence, and AI Coaching (Nooks pricing page, checked October 2026). The dialer supports Power (one fixed line, a vendor estimate of about 40-60 dials/hour), fixed Parallel (2-5 lines, vendor estimate about 80-120 dials/hour), Adaptive (adjusts around a selected 2-5-line base using live pickup predictions) and Turbo (approximately 6 lines on average, not a hard cap). The virtual salesfloor gives live activity visibility, in-call feedback and manager coaching. It was founded by Dan Lee, Rohan Suri and Nikhil Cheerla in late 2020, and announced a $43M Series B led by Kleiner Perkins on October 24, 2024, bringing announced cumulative funding to $70M.
Pricing is quote-only: Nooks' pricing page requests a custom quote and publishes no dollar price. What is published is a two-seat minimum (Nooks' own May 5, 2026 article) and terms, last updated May 1, 2026, that set the initial term in the order form and renew for the same duration unless either party gives notice at least 30 days before expiry. Third-party reports vary widely: Vendr (page checked October 9, 2026) reports $70-$80 per seat per month on small annual deals of 5-15 seats, while Artisan (page dated August 20, 2026) reports $4,000-$5,000 per user per year, usually with five seats and an annual contract, a five-seat minimum that conflicts with Nooks' own two-seat statement. Treat both as observations, not MSRP.
What reviewers say
- G2: 4.8/5 across 1,715 reviews (snapshot October 23, 2026, newest visible review October 6, 2026). Praise centers on parallel dialing productivity and ease of use: "Our reps enjoy using it" (September 14, 2026). The recurring criticism is stability: "During high volume or parallel dialing, the platform can occasionally lag or hang" (April 10, 2026).
- TrustRadius: 9.2/10 across 39 reviews/ratings, with 8 verified in the previous 18 months (October 2026 snapshot). "Quality of the phone connection is strong, rarely scratchy" (December 8, 2025), but also "I would like to see communication with Salesforce more flawless" and "The grading system for calls is not helpful" (December 2, 2025).
- Capterra: 4.5/5 from only 2 reviews (page updated September 28, 2026), too small a sample to infer much; one review says "Not up to date data when integrated with Outreach" (May 3, 2025).
Nooks' own case study with Demandbase (February 24, 2025) reports a 31% increase in cold-calling meeting rate from Q3 to Q4 after one quarter, alongside number rotation, smart lists and live coaching. It is vendor-published and has no baseline or sample size, but it is fair evidence that the integrated workflow can work well.
Why teams look for Nooks alternatives
Only three reasons show up clearly in the evidence, and we will stick to those:
- Commitment and minimums. The two-seat minimum and order-form terms mean a solo rep or a two-person test team is negotiating a contract, not buying software. On Reddit, one r/salesdevelopment commenter said plainly that "Nooks was too expensive for us" (displayed timestamp "6 months ago"), and an older r/sales pricing thread includes a disputed anecdote about difficulty exiting a second contract year. The disputed story is not a statement of standard terms, but the concern it reflects is real for teams that want a monthly exit.
- Call openings. In an r/sales thread, one user reported occasional connect delays of about 6-7 seconds with prospects hanging up after repeated hellos, and another said they "eventually turned off the parallel dialing due to delayed connects." The same thread has users recommending Nooks, so this is a your-mileage problem: test pickup-to-first-rep-word delay in your own setup rather than trusting either the reviews or the complaints.
- A different shape of stack. Some teams want dialing inside the CRM or sequencer they already pay for, or want a full phone system, and a workspace like Nooks is more than they need.
The comparison: Nooks alternatives at a glance
All prices are October 23, 2026 snapshots of source pages, in USD unless marked. "Quote-only" and "not published" mean exactly that.

| Salesfinity | AI parallel dialer | Up to 5 | Gold $249 annual / $299 monthly; Enterprise $299 annual (page published October 17, 2026) | 1 seat; Gold monthly with 30-day notice; Enterprise 12 months | Teams wanting one-seat entry with number health features |

| Koncert | AI parallel/flow dialer | Symphony 1-4, Symphony+ 1-5, Flow 1 | Quote-only ("Get Pricing") | Not published | Teams wanting agent-assisted options and managed caller ID |
| ConnectAndSell | Conversation-delivery platform | Not published | Quote-only, seat-based | Not published | Teams buying live conversations rather than software |
| PhoneBurner | Sequential power dialer | 1 per rep | Standard $140 annual / $165 monthly, up to Premium $183 / $215 | No contracts or setup fees per its product page | High-intent lists where one line is enough |

| Apollo Advanced Dialer | Sales engagement dialer | Power and parallel, cap not verified | Add-on $119/team/month annually, on top of a paid base plan (Basic $49 to Organization $119/seat/month) | Organization tier 3 seats | Teams already on Apollo |
| Close | CRM-native dialer | Power sequential, predictive multi-number | Growth $99 annual / $109 monthly, Scale $139 / $149 | Monthly cancel/change anytime | Teams consolidating CRM, calling and SMS |
| Aircall | Phone platform with power dialer | Sequential (next number after each call) | Professional $50/license/month, annual billing | 3 licenses | Teams needing a broader phone system with basic dialing |
| JustCall | Phone platform with sales dialer | SalesPro predictive up to 10 | SalesPro custom, billed annually | 2 users, annual billing | Teams wanting AI coaching inside a phone system |
| CloudTalk | Phone platform with parallel add-on | Up to 10 | Lite EUR 19 annual plus Parallel add-on EUR 39/seat/month annually | Lite 1 license, 12-month annual commitment | Existing CloudTalk users adding parallel dialing |
A useful rule for reading this table: compare the whole bill and the exit terms, not the headline line count. Salesfinity's $299 monthly Gold seat, Apollo's dialer that only exists on top of paid seats, Close's metered minutes, and Nooks' quote-only order form are four completely different economics.
The shortlist, grouped by what you actually need
Parallel dialers (the direct head-to-head)
CallCloud Parallel Dialer. Up to five lines in the browser, voicemail and screener detection, recording, transcript, AI summary and rep call score on every connect, AI pre-call research briefs, and inbound callbacks that ring the dialer. $125 per seat per month, month to month, and you can start a free trial with no card (callcloud.app/web-dialer, callcloud.app/pricing). Integrations are native to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, GoHighLevel, Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, Amplemarket, Salesforge and Gong, and every dial logs back, including no-answers and bad numbers (callcloud.app/integrations). If you want a salesfloor too, the CallCloud Virtual Salesfloor puts a remote team on one live floor with listen-in, whisper coaching, raised hands and a live leaderboard. Best fit: high-velocity outbound teams, especially SDR/BDR pods leaving Nooks over contracts or connect quality.
Orum. Up to five parallel lines, unlimited dials on paid plans, AI detection, international calling and its own salesfloor. The catch for smaller teams is the current nine-seat minimum on its official pricing page, and its AI coaching is an add-on with no published price. If you are a 12-rep org buying for the whole team and want coaching and dialing under one roof, Orum belongs on your shortlist alongside Nooks rather than behind it.
Salesfinity. Five parallel lines, unlimited dials, rotating caller IDs and number-health features, from one seat. Gold is $249/seat/month annual or $299 monthly with 30-day notice; Enterprise is a 12-month term. The sequencer is an extra $60/seat/month and non-US/Canada calling adds $50/seat/month, so model the whole bill. Good when you want Nooks-style concurrency without a seat negotiation.
Trellus. A $149.99/month Power + Parallel plan for individuals, with unlimited AI practice calls, eight additional numbers and spam remediation. Its plan page does not publish a numeric line cap or a commitment term, so confirm both before signing. Best for a solo rep who would otherwise buy roleplay coaching separately.
Koncert and ConnectAndSell. Koncert's packages run from one-line Flow up to five-line Symphony+ with managed caller ID reputation, but pricing is quote-only. ConnectAndSell sells conversations rather than software: its Express and Precision products connect you to a live voice or a named decision-maker, seat-based and quote-only. Both suit teams that treat dialing as an outsourced function.
Power dialers (one line, high intent)
PhoneBurner. One line per rep, no parallel mode, unlimited dialing with no per-minute fees, from $140/month billed annually ($165 monthly) for Standard. It advertises delay-free connections and no contracts or setup fees. If your list is short and high-value, sequential can beat parallel on conversation quality.
CallCloud Power Dialer. Ours: one line at a time, the next number dials itself, $60 per seat per month, unlimited, month to month (callcloud.app/power-dialer). If your Nooks usage was mostly Power mode, this replaces it for less than half our Parallel seat price.
Dialing inside a platform you already pay for
Apollo Advanced Dialer. $119 per team per month billed annually, but only on top of a paid Apollo plan (Basic $49 to Organization $119 per seat per month, with a 3-seat minimum at Organization). Connected-call credits can include voicemail and machine answers and are rounded in 30-second blocks. Only worth it if Apollo is already your system of record.
Klenty Dial IQ. Up to five parallel lines plus power mode for $99/user/month annually, including 2,000 US/Canada minutes; coaching and transcription are $40/user/month more and extra US minutes run about $0.021/minute. Same rule: for existing Klenty users only.
Close. Power dialing in Growth ($99 annual), predictive in Scale ($139 annual), with CRM, workflows and SMS in one system, cancellable monthly. Calling is metered at cost, around $0.02/minute outbound, numbers from about $1/month. Best if you want to collapse CRM and dialing into one subscription and accept metered telephony.
Aircall, JustCall and CloudTalk. These are phone systems first. Aircall's Professional tier ($50/license/month, annual, 3-license minimum) auto-dials the next number after each call, sequential only. JustCall's SalesPro tier offers predictive dialing up to 10 lines, AI coaching and scoring, custom-priced and billed annually. CloudTalk sells a parallel add-on (up to 10 lines) at EUR 39/seat/month annually on top of its base plans. Right answer if you need a broader phone operation; wrong answer if you only want outbound throughput.
How to choose
Apply the whole-bill rule twice. First, add up the complete configuration: base plan, dialer add-on, sequencer, minutes, numbers, overages. Nooks' terms put capacity and fees in the order form, so make the quote itemize seats, modules, numbers, calling capacity and overage rates before you compare it to any list price, including ours. Second, read the exit terms: month-to-month (ours, Salesfinity Gold, Close), 30-day notice before renewal (Nooks, Salesfinity Gold monthly), 12-month terms (Salesfinity Enterprise, CloudTalk annual), seat floors of 9 (Orum) or 3 (Aircall, Apollo Organization).
Then pilot with numbers you trust. Measure usable conversations per rep-hour, pickup-to-first-word delay in your own setup, CRM logging accuracy, number health and meetings. A portfolio rating like Nooks' 4.8 on G2, and a complaint thread about 6-second delays, can both be true at once, because they describe different teams' lists and configurations. Fourteen days of side-by-side dialing on your real book of business will tell you more than any table in this article.
FAQ
Is CallCloud a good Nooks alternative?
For teams leaving Nooks over contracts, seat minimums or connect quality, yes: our Parallel Dialer matches Nooks' fixed 2-5-line parallel capacity, connects in a median 22 ms, costs $125 per seat per month month to month with no seat minimum, and keeps under 2% of numbers spam-flagged. If you mainly want Nooks' AI coaching, roleplay and sequencing under one roof, Nooks is the better fit.
How much does Nooks cost?
Nooks does not publish a price; its pricing page is quote-only. Published terms include a two-seat minimum and order-form-defined terms with 30-day notice before renewal (terms updated May 1, 2026). Third-party reports range from $70-$80 per seat per month (Vendr, checked October 9, 2026) to $4,000-$5,000 per user per year (Artisan, August 20, 2026); neither is a list price.
Is Nooks better than CallCloud?
On breadth, Nooks offers more: AI coaching, roleplay, sequencing, signals and prospect research in one workspace, and it has a 4.8/5 G2 rating across 1,715 reviews. On connect speed, published commitment and price transparency, we think our Parallel Dialer wins: median 22 ms bridge, month to month, one seat, $125 flat. Neither answer is universal; it depends whether you are buying a workspace or a dialer.
What is the cheapest Nooks alternative?
Among parallel dialers with published prices: our Power Dialer at $60/seat/month (one line), our Parallel Dialer at $125/seat/month (five lines), Trellus at $149.99/month for individuals, and Salesfinity Gold at $249 annual or $299 monthly. Klenty's Dial IQ is $99/user/month annually before add-ons. Orum, Koncert, Kixie, ConnectAndSell and JustCall's SalesPro tier are all quote-only, so a lower sticker elsewhere may not be a lower bill.
Can you use Nooks with one seat?
No. Nooks states a two-seat minimum in its May 5, 2026 article, and says the product is less suitable for one-person teams. For a solo rep, CallCloud (one seat is fine), Trellus (individual plan) and Salesfinity (one seat) are the published alternatives.
Does CallCloud require an annual contract?
No. CallCloud plans are month to month with no annual contract, no seat minimum, and you can start a free trial with no card required. You can see all plans at callcloud.app/pricing or book a demo.
